The UMR SESSTIM strives to produce excellent, multi-disciplinary and interdisciplinary research in the humanities, social sciences and public health that can lead to changes in the various fields of predictive, personalized, pre-emptive and participatory medicine.
The UMR comprises 3 research teams focusing on cancer applications(CALIPSO team), infectious diseases and addictions(SANTERCOM team), and medical information processing(QUANTIM team).
