PEPR MED-OOC
https:// pepr-santenum.fr/2025/03/12/repondez-a-lappel-a-projets-lance-par-le-pepr-med-ooc/
OBJECTIVE: Lay the foundations for the medicine of the future by developing a new generation of organs and organoids on chips capable of mimicking as closely as possible the physiology or pathology of a patient's organ. The ultimate ambition is to use this technology for personalized medicine, in particular by providing unprecedented information on patients' individual response to a given treatment.
Total budget : €15 million
Duration: 3 or 4 years
Eligibility: Academic research institutions (companies can participate as partners)
📅 Project submission deadline : May 27/25 at 11:00 am (CET)

PEPR Food Systems, Microbiome and Health (SAMS): COHORTES-MICROBIOMES
https://pepr-sams.fr/2023/12/26/appel-a-projets-cohortes-microbiomes/
OBJECTIVE: To support analyses that will enable the characterization of human microbiomes or host-microbiome interactions of healthy subjects or highly phenotyped patients participating in clinical studies or included in existing cohorts. To ensure the comparability of data generated when studying the human microbiota, appropriate sample collection procedures and methods will need to be followed. More specifically, the objectives are to take advantage of available data and biological samples already collected or whose collection can be rapidly organized in order to complete and enhance the studies.
Total budget : €250,000 maximum
